Laser/waterjet cut plate

Hi, looking for a cheap option for a 5mm minimum thinness plate as per DXF file provided. one off for validation.
Ideally 15mm thick, but for prototype and verification reasons, it can be as low as 5mm.
Acrylic, or metal plate would be acceptable, if you can provide quote for both materials, would be great.
Any acrylic and cheapest metal material you can offer the cut in would be great.
