Needing a single 6mm aluminium plate roughly 97x46mm machined precisely with 3mm deep pockets and 8x tapped holes (4xM3 & 4xM6), 4 untapped and 4 slots.
Hole positions critical and high tolerance needed, outer border less so.
CAD model can be provided as IGS, STP, STL or possibly dxf.
