Front axle and spacer for motorcycle

I require a front axle and spacer (one of each machined. The axle needs a M16 thread (1.5mm pitch) on one end and a hole for a 14mm hex bit on the other side.

Stainless steel. +_0.1mm

Apologies, please could you quote for machining in 4140 instead of stainless steel
