One off required, manufactured from EN8 Steel or nearest equivalent. Centre marks in either end of the shaft to allow turning will be acceptable.

I would like to revise my original design slightly, so that the key slot no longer goes the full length of the shaft (please see new drawings attached). I've shown the key slot with a half round end, but it can be any shape that suits your tooling. Also, the start and end positions are not critical, just need to be outside of the circlip grooves.
