I'm after 16 pcs of these clamps machined from 6082 aluminium. Tolerance +/- 0.1mm. They can probably be made by boring a 22mm diameter hole, milling a 24mm slot, drilling the 5mm hole and then cut in half.

I have made some minor modifications to some of the dimensions and added an updated drawing - 24426ConnectorClampV2.
DO NOT USE 86959ConnectorClamp.jpg or 36317ConnectorClamp.dwg.
