If possible gray cast iron, if not aluminum 6061, 7075, 5082 or similar will do.


None of the holes need to be flat bottomed. H8 tolerances would be nice. Keep in mind, I will put a thread in all holes except the ones which have additional clearance for bolt head.



Additionally the sides (the ones with no holes in it) need not be machined.



The other sides must achieve good parallelism, this is important.



The round bit is there just for clearance, so no high accuracy is needed there.

Let me know if I anything needs to be relaxed.
