This base place forms part of a working display model. For this reason the top surface of the plate needs to be attractive in appearance. It will be clear coated, I am quite happy to pay a little extra for a good finish.

This is a 10mm aluminium baseplate for a demonstration piece. The top surface needs to be of a reasonable finish as it will be visible.
