The hammer is to be used in a pcp air rifles, powered by a spring in order to strike a poppet valve.
the hammer consists of a black Delrin (Polyoxymethylene) core with a 16mm hole though the center and a brass jacket to be press fitted on the out side.
the 16mm hole though the center of the delrin core is so it can side along a linear rod that is 16mm in diameter so the hole would need to be slightly lager to allow for this.
